The Foundation for Child Development (FCD) has announced the appointment of Deborah A. Phillips as president, to succeed FCD president Ruby Takanishi on September 1, 2012. AERA is a grantee of FCD, a national private philanthropy in New York City with a focus on prekindergarten through third grade. For details see the FCD’s announcement.
